Best Reward is constantly enhancing its cyber security tools and applications to ensure its members are equipped with premium security features. As an added security feature to enhance Best Reward Online protection, we have added Captcha to the Member Enrollment and Security Code Reset processes. This change is effective as of September 28, 2018.

What is Captcha?
Captcha is a program used to distinguish human from machine input and provides an extra layer of security to thwart spam and automated data extraction attempts.

Where Will You See This?
Captcha will be presented in two areas of the logon page: On the "First Time User" page if the user clicks on the Enroll option to sign up for Best Reward Online and on the "Forgot Security Code" page if the user clicks the link to reset their security code.

What Will You Need To Do?

First Time User:  The user will enter their member number and Personal Identity Number (PIN) and agree to the terms and conditions; then check the box indicating "I'm not a robot" and click Continue.   The user may be presented with an additional puzzle prompt. The user must complete the puzzle to proceed with online enrollment.

Forgot Security Code:  The user will enter their Logon Identity (ID); then check the box indicating "I'm not a robot" and click OK.   The user may be presented with an additional puzzle prompt. The user must complete the puzzle.  Once completed, the user will receive a temporary security code to the email address provided.
