2021 Election of Directors

Best Reward Federal Credit Union is a membership-owned financial cooperative governed by a seven-member Board of Directors elected annually to staggered three-year terms by the membership.

The Nominating Committee has nominated for re-election the following incumbents, whose terms will expire at the April 25, 2021 Annual Membership Meeting:

  • Franklyn Adamec, Director since April, 2018 and Supervisory Committee Member for 21 Years.
  • James A. Jackson III, Director since October 1989.

Best Reward Federal Credit Union provides for the acceptance of additional nominations by petition of the membership and governed by the following requirements:

  • Official Petition Forms are required and are available at either credit union branch.
  • Petitions must be received in either branch office by 5:00 PM, Tuesday, March 16, 2021 or they will not be considered.
  • A member seeking nomination by petition must present Official Petition Forms signed by at least 120 members in good standing.
  • Members seeking nomination by petition must submit, along with the required petitions, a statement of biographical data, qualifications and willingness to serve the appropriate term.

The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is at least one nominee for each position filled.
